),该论文中报道了一种基于D-tetra-peptide超分子水凝胶的新型疫苗佐剂,该疫苗使用便捷,并可刺激CD8+ T细胞应答,从而显著抑制肿瘤生长。


BMDCs were incubated with soluble OVA-FITC (2.5 μg mL), L-gel loading OVA-FITC (L-gel/OVA = 10:1, w/w), or D-gel loading OVA-FITC (D-gel/OVA = 10:1, w/w) at 37 °C for 1 h, then stained with LysoTracker and Hoechst, and recorded by laser scanning by confocal microscope. The present fl uorescence imagines.
